Cider & Muay Thai

We are happy to be partnering with 1859 Cider Co. to present our final event of the Sawasdee, Thailand Series: Cider & Muay Thai.

This 2-hour class is perfect for beginners - no experience is necessary! The class will be led by Brandon Pelky from Combat Sports Center. Dave will start with a brief lecture regarding the cultural importance of Muay Thai in Thailand. Then, we will get active and learn some simple Thai boxing techniques. 

The event admission is $20 and includes the class as well as a glass of cider. Since we will be active, it is suggested that participants wear appropriate gym clothing that will enable a full range of motion. No experience necessary! Participants need to be 21+.
